THE
SERVICES.
Three ways to work together. All three start with the same twenty-minute intake, and none of them include the words "final transformation" or "beach body."
The 1:1
You show up. I run the session. You leave with the plan for the two days you're on your own.
The 1:1 is the flagship. It's what most people picture when they picture a personal trainer — a real coach in the room, running the session, spotting the lift, calling the audibles the second your body needs a different exercise than the one you scheduled.
The session is 60 minutes. Warm-up, one primary strength lift with 3-5 working sets, a superset accessory block, and a targeted finisher based on what your week actually looked like. We track every working set — weight, reps, RPE — in a shared log that grows into the most honest performance journal you've ever kept.
Between sessions I write the two additional touches you'll do on your own, at your gym or at your house. Those aren't afterthoughts — they're the 60% of your week that makes the 40% you spend with me actually stick.
The Pair
Coaching for the person who already has a gym, already has a schedule, and needs the second set of eyes to make either of them work.
The Pair is what I run for clients outside Evansville, Indiana, night-shift workers who can't hit my hours, and people whose gym is already dialed in but whose progress isn't. It's not a lite version. It's a different tool for a different problem.
You get a fully personalized program written on a two-week rewrite cycle, weekly async video form checks (I actually watch them), one 30-minute call every fortnight to plan around whatever's coming — a work trip, a wedding, a bad sleep stretch — and the same text access as the 1:1 clients.
This service exists because the two things that kill online coaching are cookie-cutter programs and coaches who ghost. Neither happens here. The program is written for your equipment and your schedule, and I'm on the other end of the phone.
30-Day Onramp
Four weeks. Two full-body sessions a week. One food log. One habit fixed instead of ten broken.
The 30-Day Onramp is how every coaching relationship at ICI starts. It's designed for the person who's been doing calisthenics with a buddy, has a gym membership they used twice, or has been meaning to "start Monday" for eight consecutive Mondays.
Week one is baseline — I load conservatively so I can see how your body moves under fatigue, and you log the shape of your day (not calories, just what you ate at meals and what your sleep looked like). Week two, the four anchor lifts go in. Week three, we pressure-test the schedule with life inevitably getting in the way. Week four, we raise the ceiling and pick one habit to fix upstream.
By day 30 you have a shape of training that fits your week, a food floor you actually hit five days out of seven, and — the whole point — proof to yourself that you can do this without needing a motivation hit every 48 hours. From here most people roll into The 1:1 or The Pair. Some leave with the plan and run it on their own. All three are wins.
NOT SURE
WHICH ONE?
The intake call is free and it exists precisely to answer that question. We'll figure it out together in twenty minutes.
