This site is operated by Jake Green, doing business as ICI (Incredibly Capable People). It's a small, one-coach operation and the data practices reflect that. This page describes what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you visit this website we collect basic technical information like your browser type, device, and the pages you view. We use this in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell it.
When you contact ICI by phone, text, or email, we collect the contact details you share plus any information you provide about your training goals or health history. This information is used solely to respond to you and, if you become a client, to coach you.
Client information
Coaching clients share training logs, food logs, video form checks, and sometimes photos. That information is treated as confidential. It is not shared with third parties, published, or used in marketing without the client's explicit, written permission.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. No cross-site advertising trackers are used.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal information ICI holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Jake directly at bookjakethetrainer@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
